The staff at Klana Resort were incredibly helpful and accommodating during my stay. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable experience. One particular staff member, Cik Mafara, stood out with her exceptional customer service. The room itself was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and all the necessary amenities. The pool was a great place to relax and have some fun. I had a decent stay at Klana Resort and would recommend it to others.

I have to stay at the hotel because I'm attending a conference for 3 days at the same hotel. Based on the previous reviews, it seems that this hotel is not the perfect choice, but through my experience, I would say that this hotel is not that bad. I have no issues with the hotel. The staffs are friendly and helpful. I stayed at a family room (with 2 double beds) and the room is very spacious and clean.The room that was given to me not in the main hotel building but in another building, just beside the swimming pool (I guess all the family rooms situated at that double storey building, encircled the swimming pool, just great for family). My room is clean and nice, not too old as reviewed before. Nice stay.

We appreciated klana resort seremban. The airport was 19 miles away. Walking distance to Asiatique Restaurant, where you can have lunch...

Nice resort, Location

Bed sheets and towels are very old. Mattress are not as per the hotel size. (Hotel has every thing they should take care room facilites for the guest happinness)

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The location amidst the nearby lake and park area of Seremban was simply breathtaking. It provided a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, and there was ample parking space available. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and even a balcony. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a convenient feature. The staff, especially during my phone call reservation and when asking questions, were friendly and helpful, responding in a timely manner.

I would highly recommend this venue to friends.

Tucked away down a narrow path close to the greenery and next to the park, this resort surprises with its location. The huge pool with play area is perfect for families, and the terrace for breakfast is sufficient, as long as you don't mind the occasional bowls left by the pool. The rooms are spacious and value for money, with kids-friendly features and free Wi-Fi.

Some aspects of the resort look and feel a bit run down and in need of refurbishment.

I always book Klana Resort Seremban whenever I visit my relatives who stay here. So far my experience with Klana is pleasant but my recent trip has made me wonder why service staff at breakfast cafe is not service orientated?

Buffet breakfast is too bad!

The hotel's facilities are fantastic - the outdoor swimming pool is huge and perfect for families, and the Japanese restaurant is a real treat for foodies. Breakfast is served till 11 am and the staff is efficient and helpful. Plus, the hotel's location next to a park makes it great for taking relaxing walks.
